Xingtai Chenfeng Bicycle Co., Ltd. is located in the Hegumiao Industrial Zone of Pingxiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province — the area the China Bicycle Association designates as the country's bicycle parts base and children's bicycle capital.
Our factory covers 28,000 m² of built area with four production workshops and six assembly lines. We manufacture children's bicycles, tricycles, balance bikes, electric ride-on cars, baby strollers, scooters, bicycle parts and tyre pumps, and we export to more than 60 countries. Annual capacity is approximately 600,000 units.
Unlike trading companies, we own the tooling and the production lines. That means we can adjust specifications, colours and packaging to hit your target retail price, hold quoted prices for longer periods, and give you a straight answer about lead times because we are looking at our own schedule rather than a third-party factory's.
Tube cutting, bending, TIG welding and dropout alignment on granite tables. CO2 welding robots handle the repetitive joints while skilled welders finish the visible seams. Dropout alignment is checked to ±1 mm on every frame.
Seven-stage pre-treatment followed by automatic reciprocating spray guns and a 200 °C curing tunnel. Salt-spray resistance reaches 500 hours on production samples, which matters for humid and coastal markets.
In-house wheel lacing and truing machines, plus 12 injection moulding machines from 80 to 400 tonnes for PP and ABS parts. Running our own moulds means colour changes and new part development happen on our schedule, not a supplier's.
Six assembly lines with torque-controlled stations, followed by a 100% functional check and carton photography. Every shipment includes loading photos so you can verify carton count and condition before the container leaves.
Quality control starts before production. Incoming steel tube is checked for wall thickness and straightness, plastic pellets for melt flow index, and battery packs for capacity and internal resistance. Suppliers that fail two consecutive incoming inspections are replaced.
In process, we run first-article approval on every production run, hourly spot checks at each assembly station, and torque verification on all safety-critical fasteners — handlebar clamps, seat posts, wheel nuts and brake mounts. Welding quality is checked by destructive testing on a sample of frames from each shift.
Before shipment, each batch goes through a functional test appropriate to the product: frame fatigue cycles, brake stopping distance, overload and charging tests for electric ride-ons, and a 24-hour continuous running test for motorised units. We photograph the testing and loading process and send the images to the buyer with the shipping documents.
We are about 3 hours by high-speed train from Beijing and 1.5 hours from Shijiazhuang. Send us your arrival time and we will arrange free pick-up from Xingtai East Railway Station, a factory tour covering all four workshops, and a full sample review. Airport pick-up from Zhengding or Jinan can also be arranged.
