Description
Butyl tubes hold air far better than latex and are the default specification for children's bikes, city bikes and e-bikes. We mould to 0.9 mm wall thickness for standard use and 1.1 mm for heavier loads, and every batch is pressure-tested at 1.5x rated pressure for 24 hours to catch micro-leaks. Valves are available in Schrader (American), Presta (French) and Dunlop styles, with 32 mm, 48 mm and 60 mm stem lengths for deep-section rims.
